MJD Walk for a Cure - High Country Edition 2025
20 September 2025
Join us for the MJD Walk for a Cure on the 20 September 2025, as we walk along the stunning High Country Rail Trail to raise funds and awareness for Machado-Joseph Disease (MJD). This community event is all about coming together to support families affected by MJD and to honor those we love.
The High-Country Rail Trail follows the scenic edge of Lake Hume, offering sweeping water views, lush farmland, and the beauty of Victoria’s high country. The trail is gently undulating and well-maintained, making it suitable for walkers of most fitness levels. Along the way, you’ll enjoy the peace of the countryside, historic railway bridges, and a wonderful sense of connection with nature and community.
